Job Description
SEA Olympus Marketing Incorporated is in search of a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in a designated region. This pivotal role involves providing ongoing support to our sales team and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish sales goals.
- Guide the sales team to achieve and surpass objectives.
- Forecast sales performance and objectives.
- Spot market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales management experience of at least 5 years.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
