Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 72 college units completed
- Solid experience in the real estate industry
- Familiarity with various selling techniques
- Leadership experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of prospecting techniques
- Understanding of digital marketing
- Track record of meeting sales quotas
- Knowledge of real estate documentation procedures
- Active team of 3 to 5 salespersons
- Goal-oriented individuals
- Own working assets (computer, tablet, smartphone) & stable internet
- Residents of Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,00.00/month
Benefits: Flextime, Work from home
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
