Job Description
Intellidesk Inc., a premium coworking space in Alabang, seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, convert inquiries, and sustain high occupancy. Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting tours and presentations, and closing agreements with individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients;
- Building broker relationships, tracking pipeline in CRM, and coordinating with marketing;
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in sales, real estate, or hospitality; strong English and Filipino communication; proven sales record; CRM and MS Office proficiency. Full-time, in-person. Salary Php25,00–35,00/month. Benefits include flexible schedule and flextime. Expected start date: November 24, 2025.
