Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive new business by generating and qualifying leads. The role requires qualifying inbound inquiries, prospecting target accounts, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.

• Conduct research on prospects and execute outreach via email and phone
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns
• Analyze basic data to improve outreach effectiveness

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of B2B sales or SDR experience, strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
