Job Description
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable beauty or skincare products and services
- Provide product demonstrations and explain proper usage
- Promote ongoing promos, packages, and membership offers
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of displays and work areas
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock items
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and service protocols
