Job Description
Reporting to: Field Force Capability Analyst
Duty Post: Taguig City
Application Duration: This job posting will remain open until the vacancy is filled.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate data collection for incentive computation.
- Prepare monthly incentive results and analyze program effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate reporting for training and incentives.
- Provide necessary reports for the sales capability team.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
