Position Summary: We are seeking an Office-based Sales Butler to support Direct Cruise Consultants by enhancing service quality and improving booking retention through proactive communication.
Essential Duties:
- Liaise with Cruise Consultants and guests for post-sale services.
- Manage customer data in CRM and address guest relations issues.
- Assist with last-minute communications and ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications: 2+ years in customer service or sales support, strong communication skills, and travel industry experience preferred.
