Job Description
We are continuously looking for candidates for our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call without transferring.
- Match customer demands to our products and solutions.
- Utilize settlement and influencing skills to secure customer buy-in.
- Share and communicate information with internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of BPO/Customer Service experience.
- HS (Old Curriculum)/SHS/College graduate.
- Good to above average communication skills.
- Availability to work onsite with flexible schedules.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php24,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
