Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the In-house Sales team to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop sales strategies with management to achieve targets.
- Identify new markets and create marketing campaigns.
- Recruit and train new sales agents.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
- Prepare management reports and completed documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6 years of experience managing a Real Estate Sales team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
