Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or real estate (preferred but not always required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations and negotiations
- Leadership and team management to guide leasing agents and sales staff
- Analytical and reporting skills to monitor occupancy rates, market trends, and performance metrics
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in leasing contracts
- Customer service orientation to build long-term tenant relationships
