Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares all necessary financing documents and requirements.
- Prepares necessary documents for processing of chattel mortgage.
- Follows up with sales executives on customer requirements.
- Follows up on the collection of proceeds from various financing companies.
- Prepares and updates daily stock inventory report.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Microsoft Word/Excel).
- Must be customer-oriented.
- Capable of operating general office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, and computers.
