Job Description

Virlux Innovations International Corp is looking for a motivated Roving Sales Supervisor to drive operational excellence across various locations. In this role, you will provide on-site support, mentor staff, and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to assigned branches
• Monitor staff performance and offer coaching
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Assist with new store openings and improve underperforming branches
• Effectively resolve escalated customer issues
• Train new employees and manage onboarding procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Willingness to travel within Luzon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php900.00 per day
