Job Description
We are seeking Retailer Support Agents to assist retail partners with onboarding, product inquiries, order management, and issue resolution. You will manage phone, email, and chat support; accurately document interactions; escalate technical or logistical problems; and provide timely follow-up to maintain partner satisfaction. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: 1+ year in customer service or retail, excellent communication, basic data-entry skills, and empathy.
- Preferred: experience with POS systems and CRM tools.
