Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Customer service management
2. Category building:
- a. Accountable for category sales achievement
- b. Ensure 100% customer service level
- c. Implements WalterMart standards
- d. Manages safety and sanitation
- e. Implements first to expire, first out (FEFO)
- f. Manages bad orders
- g. Executes promotions accurately and on time
- h. Updates shelf tags
3. Ensures 100% inventory accuracy
4. Supervises sales support staff and merchandisers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail management.
