Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to enhance our team at our retail location. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, support store operations, and uphold our exceptional visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Accurately process transactions using our Point of Sale system.
- Maintain a tidy store appearance through regular cleaning and organizing merchandise.
- Assist in daily inventory tasks, including receiving shipments and replenishing stock.
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations and reports.
- Develop product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and building customer relationships.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
