Job Description
We seek a Project-Based Retail Sales & Operations Manager to lead multi-site retail performance across Metro Manila. You will optimize sales, enhance customer experience, manage inventory and daily store operations, coach teams, implement process improvements, and provide data-driven reports to senior management. Requirements: minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales and operations (consumer products preferred), proven KPI-driven sales results, strong leadership and analytical skills, proficiency in reporting, and a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
