- Attend to all guest needs.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Respond to customer complaints professionally.
- 2-3 years managerial experience in Casual/Fine Dining.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Perform cash audits and inventory.
- Proficient in MS Excel for reporting.
- Manage daily operations and handle VIP guests.
- P&L management experience preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga (Hotel Stotsenberg).
- Available to start ASAP and work shifts.
