Job Description
Swissotel Clark Philippines is seeking a dedicated Reservations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Reservations office. You will play a vital role in achieving exceptional outcomes for our Guests, Colleagues, and Owners/Investors while guiding our Reservations Staff.
Your qualifications should include:
- 5-star hotel or Accor experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- 2-3 years in a similar role or 3 years in guest services/telemarketing.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS.
