Job Description
We seek a motivated individual to join our team in providing essential support for product development, research and development (R&D), sensory evaluation, stability testing, and documentation. This role involves conducting laboratory analyses, maintaining laboratory equipment, sourcing and evaluating new raw materials according to established guidelines, and managing administrative responsibilities such as reimbursement and data recording. Additionally, the candidate will focus on packaging development and factory support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a BS in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and analysis techniques.
- Basic culinary skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience in quality inspection of packaging is a plus.
