Job Description

Let’s Smile Dental is seeking an experienced Patient Success Manager to ensure a positive experience for our patients, even outside the office. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and a strong focus on patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Screen new patients and assist with pre-visit forms.
• Follow up on treatment plans.
• Address patient concerns throughout the treatment process.
• Enhance patient satisfaction through follow-up.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
