Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, or chat.
- Guide customers through step-by-step problem-solving processes.
- Assist customers in setting up internet connections and Wi-Fi networks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Educate customers on best practices for internet usage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of internet connectivity and troubleshooting.
