Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to cultivate and manage client partnerships, grow a portfolio, and provide tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, cross-selling products, managing onboarding and service issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in banking or corporate/client-facing sales, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. The ability to meet targets and develop long-term client relationships is essential.
