Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a dedicated Regional Operations Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of our malls. The ideal candidate will develop structured business plans while ensuring adherence to company policies. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and technical knowledge in building maintenance are essential.
Applicants should possess a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in mall operations. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Filipino are required.
