We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to drive regional growth and profitability through strategic decision-making, key sales KPI delivery, and effective customer strategy management. The ideal candidate will develop a 3-year strategic roadmap and support business planning with key distributors. This role also involves ensuring compliance with coverage plans and enhancing the capabilities of the team.
Qualifications include a college degree in Business or Marketing, at least 10 years of sales experience, and proficiency in General Trade. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
