Job Description
V3 Inc is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. In this full-time role, you will source qualified candidates, act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, and oversee the hiring process.
Your responsibilities include creating job ads, networking, setting qualification criteria, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and interviewing candidates.
