Job Description
Kenny Rogers Roasters is seeking an HR Specialist – Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, from screening to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Screen, recruit, and interview candidates.
- Collaborate with third-party providers for manpower requirements.
- Manage the deployment process for new hires.
- Maintain an applicant tracking system and database.
- Coordinate Team Member Orientation as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or HR, 2 years of experience, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month. Schedule: 10-hour and 8-hour shifts.
