Job Description

PM Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Officer with 2-5 years of experience, preferably within the Maritime Industry. This role requires handling Bulk, Tanker accounts, and/or Cruise Vessels.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and recruiting suitable crew members, verifying documentation, conducting background checks, and maintaining records. You will oversee applicant files and offer insights on recruitment activities to enhance departmental performance.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts, based in Makati City. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
