Job Description
Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition to onboarding. The ideal candidate will track recruiting metrics and create regular reports for management while being adaptable to additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years as a Recruitment Officer
- Experience in the Retail or Fast food industry is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
