Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process.
• Monthly HR reporting with statistics.
• Assessment of probation and apprenticeship end dates.
• Preparation of basic HR correspondence.
• Adhoc Workforce Management Administration tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in HR/recruitment roles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Requirements:

• High standard of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work in Pampanga.
• Fluency in both English and Tagalog.
