Job Description

Join our team as a Recruitment Associate! In this role, you will:

• Leverage various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Recruit meticulously to align with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of project requirements.
• Facilitate communication between recruitment and operations teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to work onsite in San Fernando, Pampanga.
