Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative processes and candidate identification.
• Work with management to source and hire qualified candidates.
• Write job postings to advertise open positions.
• Review resumés and endorse candidates to US-based recruiters.
• Collaborate with external recruiters and employment agencies.
• Assist with the job offer process as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1 year of experience in a recruiting role.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Ability to work mid-shift and in a hybrid setup.
• Available for a 6-month project-based contract.
