Job Description
ENO INTERNATIONAL TRADING INC is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to support our business development needs. In this role, you will assist supervisors in determining recruitment targets, summarizing personnel requirements, and implementing recruitment plans. Responsibilities include advertising job positions, collecting and screening resumes, arranging interviews, and providing comprehensive evaluations of candidates. The ideal candidate will establish a talent pool and manage resumes confidentially.
Minimum qualifications include excellent analytical and communication skills, over 2 years of recruitment experience, proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn), strong English skills, and experience in a technology or HR company.
