Job Description
Overall Purpose of Job: Directly support our global offices in receipt of client records. Conduct predefined quality reviews of records at all Accenture locations. Process compliant records and contact individuals to rectify errors or missing information for accurate record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with individuals to complete records with missing or inaccurate information.
- Process all records within specified SLAs in a timely manner.
- Comply with metrics-related policies and requirements.
- Understand Operations Model policies and procedures thoroughly.
- Engage in all stages of process improvements: conceptualization, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.
