Job Description
Greenfield Development Corporation, one of the Philippines’ leading diversified real estate companies, is seeking a qualified Real Estate Development Manager. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing survey parties engaged in assessing land for construction, mapmaking, and land division. You will research previous survey evidence and coordinate with engineering and architectural teams to ensure project precision.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Geodetic Engineering and be a licensed Geodetic Engineer, with a preference for those who have at least one year of experience. Fieldwork willingness is essential for this position.
