Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team at ThinkBIT, an award-winning software development outsourcing company based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing specifications and design documents to provide impactful feedback, creating detailed test plans and cases, and coordinating testing activities. Additionally, the role involves designing and executing automation scripts, identifying and documenting bugs, and conducting regression testing.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, 1-4 years of experience in IT/software testing, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of SQL and scripting. Proficiency in both white-box and black-box testing, as well as automated testing tools, is required.
