Job Description

Join a 40-year IT and engineering firm as a full-time, onsite Quality Assurance Associate in Clark, Pampanga. This position offers a Php35,00 monthly salary with shift schedules and an immediate start preferred.

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions and perform quality audits
• Prepare quality reports and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with Operations and Training to uphold standards and ensure compliance
