Job Description
Join Gavin Ventures, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, you will conduct quality assessments of customer support interactions, analyze performance data, and provide feedback to enhance service quality. You will assist in training programs, collaborate on process improvements, and prepare reports on quality metrics. Candidates should have 2 years of experience in a QA role, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position offering a salary between Php23,00.00 – Php28,00.00 monthly, with benefits including gym membership and health insurance.
