Job Description
SUPERL PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff member to assist in the smooth procurement of materials and products for overseas purchases. Responsibilities include:
- Assist managers in overseas material and product purchases.
- Source quotations from suppliers, negotiate the best packages, and coordinate the bidding process.
- Track orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Prepare purchase orders and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Purchasing Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and English.
- Honest, responsible, and flexible worker.
Job Type: Full-time – 8 hour shift.
