Job Description

Under the supervision of the Line Leader, the Purchasing Staff is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and enhancing business process efficiency, especially in the supply delivery sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure quality of delivered supplies.
• Contact vendors, place orders, and manage supply requisitions.
• Reduce costs and prevent delays affecting delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project delivery timelines and standards.

Job Requirements:

• 4-year degree.
• 1 year experience in contracting, procurement, or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office with excellent communication skills.
