Job Description
We seek a Purchasing Specialist II to lead procurement of goods and services, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain strong vendor relationships. The role includes sourcing suppliers, issuing and managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies, and analyzing spend to support inventory planning and cost control. The specialist will work cross-functionally, support continuous improvement of purchasing processes, and report to the Procurement Manager.
- 2–4 years of procurement experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset
