Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods.

• Key responsibilities: source vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, monitor inventory, issue and track purchase orders, resolve supply issues, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 2+ years of procurement experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Must work effectively with cross-functional teams and support continuous process improvement.
