Job Description

• Responsible for canvassing prices from various suppliers/vendors to ensure maximum value for the company.
• Process Purchase Requests (PR) and generate Purchase Orders (P.O.).
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services from suppliers/vendors.
• Facilitate payments through Payment Order Form (POF) using the company’s ERP.
• Handle concerns related to purchasing and provide monthly reports on Purchase Requests and Orders.
• Evaluate and compare prices every 3 months to maintain best pricing.
• Build long-term relationships with suppliers and maintain an accredited supplier list.
• Update pricing based on market value quarterly.
• Experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
