Job Description
Maxicare Health Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors while maintaining positive relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions for advantageous agreements.
Procurement Process:
- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end procurement process.
- Collaborate with departments to determine procurement needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course with a minimum of 1 year experience in purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Amenable to work in the Makati area (hybrid setup: 3x onsite, 2x WFH).
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour rotational shift.
