Job Description
We are seeking a Purchasing Agent to source and develop suppliers, negotiate pricing and contract terms, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods. This role requires close coordination with inventory, quality, and finance teams to maintain supplier performance and meet cost and lead-time objectives. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of two years’ procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. Key duties include analyzing quotes, managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
