Job Description

Hausland Estate Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Property Management Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage NFI, re-inspection, turnover, and move-in processes while preparing comprehensive project site reports.

You will coordinate with developers, enforce the Deed of Restrictions, conduct regular site inspections, and supervise the maintenance and security team.

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits: Paid training, pay raise, 13th month salary, overtime pay.

Schedule: 8-hour shift.
