Job Description
Job Summary:
- First point of contact for buyers and homeowners for concerns in the subdivision.
- Maintain good customer relations and ensure policies are followed by homeowners.
- Assist in move-in activities, executing them timely and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve homeowner issues.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- At least 1 year of people-oriented work experience (e.g., Sales, Customer Service).
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna.
