- Prepare units scheduled for viewing and acceptance.
- Manage client interactions regarding unit turnover from inspection to acceptance.
- Ensure units are ready for buyer inspection, focusing on cleanliness, completeness, and functionality.
- Prepare and provide turnover reports and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Real Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
