- Approval on the additional or replacement of Promoters
- Coordination with training team on onboarding orientation
- Coordination with Agencies regarding promoter shortages
- System updates on new Promoters
- Monthly evaluation of Promoters
- Recommendations on store movements of Promoters
- Disbursement of Promoter incentives
- Generation and disbursement of Front Liners incentives
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Skilled in manpower handling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00 – Php50,00 per month
