Job Description:
Target Lighting Mftg. Corp. is seeking a dedicated Project Team member to ensure compliance with CDC registration and applicable permits, licenses, and contracts. You will monitor construction projects, ensuring that plans meet building codes and requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additionally, you will assist the HR/Admin Department with building-related administrative tasks across all factories.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
· Experience in a manufacturing company is required.
· Knowledge of building services and proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
