The Project Manager oversees all phases of the project, from pre-construction to post-construction, providing leadership and direction to ensure success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan project requirements and schedules.
- Implement housekeeping programs.
- Prepare status reports for management.
- Coordinate with various departments for resolutions.
- Manage relationships with relevant authorities.
- Control deliverables from staff and subcontractors.
- Monitor and manage project performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in system furniture and modular cabinets.
